Hasn't been a whole lot of news on him since the second surgery in May. I looked around but couldn't really find much info on how his rehab is going (if it even started yet). Anybody know what's up with him?

I'm not exactly a homer but I live in the area and a lot of my family loves the Angels. Last I heard his leg STILL isn't fully healed and he's yet to begin rehab. There's talk he won't be ready to start next season. I have no clue how much truth there is to this - just some tidbits I've heard from my dad who follows the local sports talk.

Seems like nothing but good news so far this preseason on Kendrys. This year's updates have been the kind I expected to hear around this time LAST year. He's been running sprints from what I hear, not sure if he ran the bases yet or if that's still to come. And of course there's the issue of the playing time logjam.

Still, I can't imagine the Angels taking very many ABs away from him and giving them to Abreu and Trumbo assuming KM is fully healthy. What sort of playing time are we expecting from him? I was tempted to project him for around 130 games to account for the injury and all the bodies there, but if he comes back reasonably close to what he was before then he's not leaving the lineup.

I'll go 480 AB, 24 HR, 90 RBI, .285 BA, 0 SB ever

He hasnt hit MLB pitching in a year and a half. I'd expect a slow start in April.
