I can't even remember the name of his injury, but does anyone know if other players actually return to previous form from this injury in relation to the same time KJ has had?

I believe that he had the same injury that Westbrook had a few years ago. I think it was even around the same point in the season. Westbrook returned the next year and hasn't had any issues with it since.

That was Duce Staley.

Duce had one too. In 2005 Westbrook's season ended in early December due to a Lis Franc sprain. He didn't have surgery on it though. I think KJ did.

I believe Warrick Dunn has also successfully recovered from the same surgery

Before this goes any further... again... Lisfranc fracture >>>>> Lisfranc sprain. To my knowledge, the only player besides KJ to have a Lisfranc FRACTURE is Duce Staley. He, obviously, was never the same. I am optomistic for KJ however.

Westbrooks injury was a sprain that didn't require surgery. KJ, Ty Law, Brian Dawkins and Duce Staley all had fractures that required surgery and the use of screws. I'm not sure if Dunn's was merely a sprain or a fracture.

Pretty sure Dunn had a lisfranc fracture too.
