Dallas At Buffalo or
Indy vs Pitt

Leaning Indy even though they blew it last week. Is Dallas matchup-proof?

Dallas defense is great, but it's not matchup proof (look at their game vs. Seattle). I would personally go for the higher floor in Indy instead of facing Josh Allen in Buffalo.
