12 Team IDP League. Looking to acquire draft picks and young assets however I'm not sure how much to value Lavonte, I know he's a stud and right behind Kuechly as an IDP LB but would it be a solid return to get this year's 1.08 plus Navarro Bowman for him? I am aware that Bowman is coming off the knee injury but he is still young and was dominant when he last played so...thoughts?
