I cut Thompson loose. He may become a valuable player in the new 3-4 defense, but I don't see the fantasy production being consistent enough to warrant holding a roster spot.I think I take the chance that Niko holds off Tatupu for most of the season and that Beisel can be as productive as Bruschi was in recent years.

Henderson could be a guy you let go, too, as you've got some nice youth to build upon in Thurman, Ruud and Morrison. As a rule, though, I'm always hesitant to dump any LB with talent too quickly in a dynasty situation. Cowart has always had issues with injuries and is not signed for 2006 (if the NFLPA site is correct). Henderson may be back at MLB next season, if not before, in a much better fantasy situation than he was last season.

Browns coaches are down on Thompson and word is he is dumb as a post and still unable to follow his assignments ... internet speculation on Browns board is he may lose his starting position to Lang ... however, out of desperation they may move him inside to compete with Taylor ...

I too am wondering if I keep him or not. If he moves to the inside - his numbers should improve. Last year in training camp according to the Brown Fan's forum he was doing great and Andre Davis was singing his praises. Now he is dumb - but yet he is a physical "freak" so quoted Davis last season. Let me know what you end up doing. Thanks for responding to my LB dilemma. I'm not sure who I would cut from your list. Thompson if he doesn't pan out I guess would be the one. I would keep the others. Unless you hear more that Tatupu is looking like starting and you could cut Niko - but I agree he probably will be the starter at least in the beginning. My 2 cents
