These guys are all 3 down LB's that have just underperformed in the recent weeks. With the exception of Curry, who just now is coming into this role. Hawk has not done anything in the last 4 weeks. Actually, pretty terrible. Durant has had some great matchups and he is coming up short of expectations. Are there any reasons why they are underperforming? I am about to give up on Hawk.

Hawk isn't that good.
I'm actually starting Durant over Mayo this week. With Jacobs getting the start in NY and Nicks and Smith out, I think there will be lots of tackle opps for Durant to come in with 7-10 solos. Consequently I do not like the Detroit run game enough to feel like Mayo will be on the field as much. Obviously Mayo is a stud over the LB #2 Durant normally, but in this case I think I prefer the offset in quality of offenses they face.

Urlacher: last 6 games he has a total of 28 solo tackles....Not good..
