As the commissioner of the LOC (League of Champions), I'm looking for one league champion to play in this league in which you would compete against champions from other leagues---including Ian Allan from Fantasy Index. The entry fee is $50, and it's a slow online auction whereby owners nominate and place bids on the web site at their leisure over about a two week period.
