This squad is better than about half of my dynasty teams and wouldn't move any assets (with the possible exception of Brees if you believe in Marriota).

I would try to go for some 2 - 1's or even 3 - 1's there has got to be a rebuilding team or a team light on talent that would take Moncrief and Hyde or something like that for a Hilton or something.

I might look to make a few moves but with the idea of winning now and repeating.  I wouldn't want to mortgage the future by dealing away a ton of picks but you have some young guys to sell if you are not a believer in their long term value.  Guys that could be potential trade guys based on conversations here on FBG in the past few months include: Hyde (injuries and now some buzz that SF could draft Fournette), Crowell (been some rumblings they could also look at a RB early), Hill (some concern that he could be a one hit wonder as teams figure his game out), Parker (hasn't lived up to his draft spot, has had injuries, Stills brought back). I think those guys are maybe worth shopping for some older more established veterans to bolster what you have.
