No link, but I heard on the radio -- one of those end of the hour updates that Del Rio said Garrard would be the starter for this week.

The Associated Press reports Jacksonville Jaguars head coach Jack Del Rio has made QB David Garrard the team's starting quarterback for the team's Week 9 game, the second straight week Garrard will start. QB Byron Leftwich (ankle) declared himself ready to play, but Del Rio downgraded Leftwich to questionable on the injury report.
