Legacy - What would you choose? (1 Viewer)

It's really a question of team glory vs. individual glory and which you value more. I played a lot of chess when I was in high school, including winning the school tournament three years in a row. But when our chess team won our league, that to me felt better than any of the tournaments I won. My name is forever imprinted on the school tournament trophy, but I treasured our league victory the most. Obviously there's no money at stake there so that complicates the original question. I'm more for team glory above individual glory, though it's even better when being a big contributor to the team win. It's more satisfying obviously if you feel you were a part of that rather than a spectator on the sidelines.
The real questions is....Would you rather be a smart like this guy and have dominated in chess or scored 4 TDs for Polk High?
“Let’s rock.” *crowd applause*

by and large, I think most nflers want to win a superbowl. Alot of that comes down to most players not even sniffing the HOF and they want the pay day. There are likely some players that WANT to be know for being great. and win the SB for legacy. It could be that I'm a pessimist but I wouldn't be surprised if some players are on in it to make $$$$.

If I wasn't a short athletically challenged guy then I'd want to go to the HOF.
