Let's attack the gun problem from my thinking (1 Viewer)

This is just me trying to solve a problem that probably can't be solved.  But let's use logic and be simple and see what happens.  You also have to suspend reality and see what happens.  This is all theory in my bubble and how I think.

Problem 1

Gun violence in the USA.  

Now I can't solve this problem but let's pretend I control the entire US and I have only one problem.  My goal is no gun deaths in the USA.  

Since I control everything, my simple solution would be not to have any guns in the USA.

Problem is sort of solved here if I can control all guns.  Since I control this world and no gun are here, the problem is still not solved.  Why?
