Leveon Bell

For

Derrick Henry, a top 4 pick 2017, a 5-12 2017 pick and a 13-17 2017 pick.

Is Henry the future of Tennessee? Would you make the trade and focus on a longer term rebuild, or is Bell worth way more?

Looking to rebuild my dynasty team (20 team league) it's pretty shot. I lost Allen this year, and traded Ertz for picks once that happened.

.25 ppr, 6pt all TDS 1 pt 30 pass yds/10 rush/rec. yds

Cam Newton, Derek Anderson

Leveon Bell, Toussaint

Tyrell/Keenan, Martavis, Cole Beasley, Quincy Enunwa, Brice Butler, Robby Anderson

Doyle, Brate

Zeurlein

Please Help

If you are looking for a complete rebuild then it is a nice haul in picks and player for Bell.  I am usually not one that puts much stock in draft picks but in a 20 team league to get three 1st round picks (one guaranteed for top 4) and Henry I think it's a pretty good haul.

Thanks. Do you see Henry as the feature back when Demarco hit's his down slope coming in the next year or two? Where do you rank him in dynasty?

I like Henry a lot and figured he would be slowly taking over this year but Murray has been very good and hasn't given him a shot.  Once he gets the bulk of the load I think he will be a top 10 RB - the problem is knowing when that will happen.  I thought it would for sure happen next year but Murray is signed for 3 more years after 2016 so it may not happen unless the Titans want to dump salary.

I don't think it matters if our evaluation of Henry is top 5 or top 20 RB for the future.  It's worth it for the picks alone, given your current situation.  Bell already has a couple years worth of mileage more than Henry does.  FWIW, I do think Henry is the future feature (say that 5 times fast, lol) back for Tennessee.  I think he was a 2nd round pick? Heisman winner, he's not going to play second fiddle to Murray for multiple years. Henry is a beast, and Tennessee will give him a chance to show it. 3 first round picks is a great haul, plus Henry means I do that deal.  Especially since Bell is your only RB, you're gonna need as many picks as possible to refill your RB stable.

He is now wanting to trade Henry, the top 4 pick, a 13-16 and another 2nd from another team, 30 overall it's looking.

Do I pull the trigger ?

I am honestly struggling with this one.  It is hard to give up possibly the best player in all of fantasy football... what are the chances that you hit on something that comes close to his ability with your trade?  The other side though is that Henry will get a chance... but will it be this year? Next year? 2018?  And like a previous post, I am alwasy a little lower on draft picks.  They can be hit or miss...   If you are out of it this year I would probably say make the trade... but I wouldnt be happy giving up Bell... (sorry that wasnt really helpful).

I made the trade. I was also iffy in trading Bell. I am not in contention this year, and won't be next year. Remember, this is a 20 team league.. so RBs like Bell are very valuable. I love Henry as a player from what I watched, his work ethic, and situation with Murray not getting much younger.. from his minimized touches, I'd say he's made the most of it.

Now everyone wants Cam  :loco:

AR15 and picks is the best offer I got so far
