I’ve been playing fantasy sports for a couple of decades and I’m tired of playing in leagues that offer little complexity in team management. With that in mind, in spite of its complexity, this league will always welcome newcomers to the fantasy football league (of course I will always welcome hard boiled, old-school owners) that will include:
• A yearly live draft
• Auction style
• Keeper league
• IDP
• Blind bidding waiver wire rules in play
• Free agent rules in play
• Taxi squads rules in play
• IR rules in play
• Complex and detailed scoring system
• Low cost; not a big money (if any at all) league
• Super Bowl and Toilet Bowl
• Other things I can’t remember, or have not been made “official” yet

This league will not belong to me. This is an owner’s league and it’s about camaraderie and being involved. If you can’t commit to doing your homework to stay competitive, then this is probably not the league for you.
Drop me a line if interested and available in the Kansas City area. I can make arrangements to host the draft, and I currently live in North Kansas City. That said, because 2011 is going to be the inaugural season, I would like to get at least 6 owners; would really like to cap it at 10. As of today I have 1 for sure (not including myself), and 2 more on the fence waiting to see what kind of response I get (not including the 3-4 that have inquired, but never heard back from; still waiting on responses).
