Talked to Lance more - it turns out she used her roomate's credit card to after it was reported stolen (I'm not sure why). She said she never followed up with police to clear things up so they issued a warrant.Lance is down there now still trying to figure out what it will take to get her out.

This doesn't add up. How do you use a credit card that was reported stolen? You need to get your timeline straight before county puts up their mugshots from last night and blows this thread up for good.

She could have tried to use it, had the card rejected and been accused of the theft, then spilt before the cops arrived leading to an outstanding warrant.

Why must every warrant be "outstanding"? What ever happened to average warrants? This word inflation is starting to get ridiculous.

No wonder warrants today act so entitled.
