Seahawks MLB Lofa Tatupu was spotted in the locker room on crutches following Monday night's exhibition game.

Tatupu exited early with a knee injury. He reportedly looked "very stiff" after the game and will undergo an MRI on Tuesday. Tatupu's loss would be huge for Seattle after Niko Koutouvides and Kevin Bentley left in free agency.

The injury bug has started, maybe the NFL should look into shortening the amount of preseason games

Charlie Frye looked OK, he said his knee was sore, but he didn't look that bad to me. Lofa, on the other hand, left the locker room on crutches and looked very stiff. He made the comment that he was not going to be able to drive home once they landed. Both are getting MRIs tomorrow.

Post game interview didnt have Holmgren very worried.

He said his knee was better descirbed as "bruised then sprained." Lets hope he is correct.

The MRI will hopefully just be precautionary and a standard procedure.

Seattle LB Lofa Tatupu and backup QB Charlie Frye had MRI exams on their injured knees today. HC Mike Holmgren said they are not too concerned. "Neither one of them, we think, is serious. There's no ligament damage at all," he said.

There hasnt been a direct report today as to the results. Seahawk fans are chompin' at the bit.

Lofa should be back for opener. It was a bone bruise.
