The best thing to do is to use the numbers actually generated in your league - most websites still have those numbers available for leagues from last year.
If you are doing a new project or looking at stats for new scoring or other purposes, you can find them (strangely Yahoo has very good players stats), but of course you will have to convert them to the format you want and I don't think their's are excel based.
If you want all the information from last year (it is by team) as well as some three year numbers for great reference, the best I know are at All Pro Publishing (www.allpropublishing.com) but of course you would have to pay for them
