Just made a post for our league if you want to take a look, doesn't check every one of your boxes, but have a 4 team dispersal for a long running dynasty and we will be drafting ASAP. No IDP or Defense but there are kickers (league overruled my proposal to remove kickers a few years back LOL). $60/yr usually an additional $60 deposit but that is waived this year. Very fun active league entering 12th year. 22 team double player copy! Lmk if interested.
