Can never pick that team again for the rest of the season. You win you move on. You lose, your out. You can buy back in for another $20 up until week 6. I've got a league that is 10-12 teams, $40.00 entry, H2H scoring, redraft, (no keeper, dynasty, or IDP). The league is on LeagueSafe. Sounds like it meets all your criteria except it is hosted on Yahoo...not ESPN. I understand some people are just more comfortable with specific venues but if you'd like to consider my league, let me know and I'll send you more details.
