Looking for a Start Up Dynasty (1 Viewer)

If anyone knows of a start up 12-14 team Dynasty, with around 50-75 entry fee let me know.

Just looking for a pretty simple PPR league, nothing too fancy (no salary caps, developmental players, etc.)

Also really looking for it to be a ridiculously active league as one of my biggest problems with my current leagues is the lack of involvement throughout the offseason.
