the team in question is : Team Alpha
a little background on why i am looking for an owner ( i have never had this siuation before and not sure on how to handles this but need to protect the league)
The owner of this team has had 3 illegal line ups in the last 4 week and has recieved 3 emails for each offence and i have sent 2 other emails to him asking if there were any problems and if i could help and got no response to any of them ( 5 emails in total) and i have posted on the site as well to contact me and he has been to the site but still hasnt responded
we have a rule in place
If you incur three (3) fines/questionable line-ups (discussions with the commissioner) collectively in 1 season; the commissioner with input from the offending owner and discussion with the league board can remove the offending owner from the league. Owners have 48 hours to appeal a fine once they receive an email from the commissioner notifying of them of the ruling.
i have been in contact with our league board and my assistent commissioner and decided to give him to friday to respond before we doing anything.
the least of solutions is input in his line up and the worst is remove him and run the team until the end of season
at this time he is locked out from doing any transaction because he was fined for this 2 illegal line up and had 2 weeks to pay(this was done according to our rules)
this is an idp flex league and you can go to the site to check scoring,line up formation and our rules
