Basically I want:

-IDP

-Slow draft

-Leaguesafe

-Decimal scoring

-No weird bonuses (example: +5 points for TD longer then X yards)

We have a 32 team Dynasty IDP Startup League set up like the NFL with an NFC and AFC conference, and each owner is assigned an NFL Franchise. There are 2 copies of each player to allow for a conventional level of starters (1 copy per player per team can be owned). The roster size is 53 with a 7 man taxi squad for player development. 12 teams qualify for the playoffs (6 per conference).

1st place wins $1,000, and if you make the playoffs you are guaranteed to win at least $75.
