If you want a low fee league around $7.00 - $8.00, no payouts, the fee takes care of the MFL site use and forums, then you should check out zealots. 53 player rosters with IDP.

Still looking for a couple of teams for this $25 salary cap/dynasty league. There will be a dispersal draft once the available teams are claimed. Plenty of good players available. You'll get to pick the players you want to start with. Then, we'll have the rookie and vet auctions.
