Lorenzo Booker Working at WR (1 Viewer)

The Dolphins have been working Lorenzo Booker out at wide receiver during practice recently and he may stay at the position going forward.

The 5-11/195-pounder has been unable to pass Patrick Cobbs on the RB depth chart, and might make a nice slot receiver. Booker has the speed and hands to make an impact there. His next goal is to be active on game days.

Good news IMO. Kid has talent, just needs a chance to get on the field.

No clue why he hasn't seen the field. Him and Brown in the same backfield would be a hand full and use Booker in the same fashion New Orleans uses Bush. (I'm not stating Booker is as talented as Bush, but have a similar skill set and tough as hell to stop in space)

With the Chambers deal it's obvious they're going to start playing their prospects extensively. I'd hope they keep Booker at RB and put him in motion and so forth.

Gives them "bookend" WRs with Marty and Lorenzo!

Marino had the Marks Brothers (Duper and Clayton).

Now they have the bookend Bookers for...whoever. I would assume Beck at some point down the road.
