Lots of QB turnover this year (1 Viewer)

I hadn't realized just how much QB turnover there was this season. According to John Czarnecki at FoxSports.com, there are 14 teams that have a QB penciled-in as a starter this year that was not the opening day starter last season. That's an AMAZING amount of turnover at a position that is arguably the most important position on the field. Now, there's several of them that were rookies last year that started for their teams part way through the season, but that's still a lot of inexperience in a particular system.

I wonder if it's possible to go even further and see how many QBs will be starting this season with less than a full season starting under the same offensive system under their belt.

Miami-Trent Green

Cleveland-Brady Quinn (possibly, or even Derek Anderson)

Pittsburgh-Ben Roethlisberger (new system)

Houston-Matt Schaub

Tennessee-Vince Young

Denver-Jay Cutler

Kansas City-Brody Croyle

Oakland-JaMarcus Russell (or Josh McCown)

San Diego-Philip Rivers

Dallas-Tony Romo

Washington-Jason Campbell

Minnesota-Tavaris Jackson

Atlanta-Joey Harrington  (or even Vick if he plays)

Tampa Bay-Jeff Garcia

Arizona-Matt Leinart

(I'm guessing he included Big Ben since otherwise I only come up with 13, in which case that's kind of misleading since Ben should have been the starter)

Anyway, that's almost HALF of the teams in the league that are going to be starting a QB with less than a year of starting in that offensive system under their belt.
