Lynch is inactive (1 Viewer)

Marshawn Lynch, RB SEANews: Seahawks RB Marshawn Lynch was scratched at kickoff Week 7 at Cleveland after injuring his back in pregame warmups. He came into the game as probable with an unrelated ankle injury. Leon Washington replaced Lynch in the starting lineup.Analysis: What terrible news for Fantasy owners. The Seahawks didn't disclose this lineup change until kickoff, giving Fantasy owners no time to make any changes. Fantasy owners will need to keep tabs on his progress leading up to Week 8 now.

At least Deuce McAllister was in pads years back when this happened... dude's standing there in street clothes.

Did he tweak it in the locker room or something??? C'mon...

got hurt during warmups - why call out the beat writers??
Maybe, maybe not... if he hurt it on the field, maybe they observe something and note him walking gingerly to the locker room or being attended to. On the other hand, if there was no sign of it on the field and he walked in normally, then changed and came out in street clothes, there's not much they can do.

Took him out of my flex spot in favor of battle at about 12:55 for no particular reason other than wanting to text "The Battle Ax" to my league mates every time he gained a few yards. Thank God he doesnt have a gay name.

Good thing you didn't have "Lynch mob" ready...

I'm pretty sure he was on the sidelines in street clothes before the game kicked off. That might have been a good clue that he wasn't going to play. One of the beat writers said he was in uniform with his helmet on right about the time TV was showing Lynch in street clothes. Obviously he was making that up.dannyoneil Danny O'NeilRB Marshawn Lynch is in uniform with a helmet on on the sidelines. #Seahawks. Leon Washington started in his place.

Oh, I know, I saw the shot of him in street clothes at kickoff. My point was it depends on if he came out right at kickoff after changing out of his pads, etc. or if there should have plenty of advance notice.O'Neil was definitely wring, no doubt... with the way info. is these days you'd think that there was an opportunity to tweet the news he wouldn't play ahead of time, but maybe he went in with pads on, and didn't emerge from the locker room in street clothes until the very last minute.Either way, I got stuck with Lynch and I'm pissed... oh well.

The shot I saw soon after kickoff was Lynch sitting on the bench still in uniform, with a towel over his head. No one saw this coming.

OK, good to know... I saw him on the sideline in a sweatshirt. He must have went back to change once he realized he wasn't playing.
