M. Thomas (NO) for for Ingram? (1 Viewer)

Hald point ppr.  My only RB worth a lick is Lamar.  Deep league.  I have Keenan, Sterling, Agholor, Corey Davis, Lockett and Thomas...  shopping Thomas and banking on lockett or davis to break out.

I am not as high on Thomas as most.  He is a solid WR but not a game changer some made him out to be.  Ingram isn't anything different than he has been the past few years.  I think the trade is fair and based on your team description (only one RB worth anything) it probably helps you out to pull the trigger on the deal.

Thanks for the response.  I ended up sending Lamar and Keenan Allen for Ingram and Kamara.  Two RBs im high on.  My RBs are now Ingram, Kamara, Duke Johnson, and Cohen.  I inherited this team Monday in a company money league.  It somehow had 4-1 record (benched all his players this week leaving me 4-2).  Replaced Jared Cook with Engram. Dropped various duds.  Picked up a few WR prospects.  Inherited Alex Smith, Mariota, Jags D.  Trying to piece this team together and make a lay off run.

sounds like fun. I like the trade. Hope the saints rbs produce for you!
It is definitely a new challenge.  I consider myself a seasoned Fantasy baller.  This new challenge brought me here for advice.  Ive called a couple of my top rivals in other leagues for help.  I'll keep it updated on this thread.  Any advice for deep league pickups will be accepted.

Also the yahoo format is new to me.  5 person limits on the bench?!  Crazy crazy.  And ive never dealt with IDP... not as seasoned as I thought...

That seems like a lot to pay for that backfield.  I don't think I would have done it but in your position you gotta try and mix it up and make the team yours.  Good Luck.

I have little faith in Lamar and Watson playing at this level for much longer.  Sean Peyton has always ran a RB tandem like this and it has always worked. I also get a lot of security.  ROS looks great for the run game, bye is past, and if one goes down i still have a viable starter.  Both RBs get receptions.  Its a low risk, high reward imo.  If if if my plans work, i wouldnt be starting Keenan.  And again, i flat out dont trust Lamar.  I'm going to continue to shop Thomas and A Smith.  Although no one will bite on Smith.... i probably doubt him too much.

Not to mention, situationally, it was hard developing a plan to acquire a top 10 rb because only 2 teams have what are in my opinion good depth in RB.  Hars to pry a sacred player from a 1 RB team.  If agholor has another good game someone might bite.  I'll keep my eyes peeled for another RB...
