I'd keep rolling with Ingram.  He's way more valuable than Parker or Landry.  If you're looking for a receiver, I'd be asking for a WR1 like Hopkins or see if the Julio owner is ready to part with him.

Ingram is the top RB over last few weeks, no way I trade him for anything less than AB. And Miami stinks. I'd be more comfortable moving Howard or Miller for say a micheal Thomas.

Keep Ingram, you need more for him.  Saints will keep pounding him this year and next and sprinkle in Kamara.  That's their route to the super bowl.
