Is there anything that can keep the colts from allowing teams to negotiate directly with Manning before the Colts have to cut him to avoid the Salary Cap hit? It would seem like good business for the Colts could require teams to pay a certain amount of compensation or picks inorder to negotiate with Peyton and have their team doctor run physicals, etc.
