Goodwin in tough matchup or Gordon on a limited snap count in bad weather?

I lean towards Goodwin here. I am a Cleveland fan but with no idea how many snaps Gordon is going to get I would go Goodwin who seems to have his QBs eye even though it is a tough match up.

Goodwin for sure. I have heard Gordon is going to be held back a bit.
