1 - first rookie contract announced (not just in TB, but league wide?), so they clearly prioritized him.
2 - at the presser, GM seemed to be dismissive on what the signing meant for ruud.
3 - TB reportedly trying to retain quincy black... there was somewhat of a concern that foster might end up at SLB, but the return of black would seem to preclude that (if foster were to end up at WLB in the future, that wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing in that defense).
* black re-signed, for a somewhat surprisingly large contract (they are a team like CAR that has a lot to spend... davin joseph should also be a big priority)...
