I'm asking for the RB-desperate among us who are looking for anyone slated to get a significant number of touches. Did anyone see him run on Sunday? Anyone know what share of the carries he's projected to get, and if he'll do anything with them?

If Best is out and it looks that way Morris should get the bulk. Not all but the bulk and he is the recieiving back. Hes got decent speed ( not great but decent) and hes a good reciever. hes not a great RB ,Not alot of talent . has no vision. he just gets the ball and runs. Gets 2-3 yards a carry. Hes a good fill in and if the matchup is right he can be a RB2 but most weeks hes just not a great

I don't think MoMo has ever sucked. He's always been just ok.

Don`t think he will be healthy again this season. Would not be surprised if they put Best on IR if he does not improve by the next game.

Best practiced and may play. Not start , just play here and there.

Jahvid Best (turf toe) participated in practice Tuesday, but the Detroit Free Press's Dave Birkett expects Maurice Morris to serve as the No. 1 back in Week 12.

Best typically doesn't practice until Thursday or Friday, but with the short week, he's out there Tuesday. The rookie's turf toe injuries are getting worse, and the best thing for him would be to sit out a few weeks, but coach Jim Schwartz has indicated that Best will continue to play even if he's only able to see a limited number of snaps. He shouldn't be in your Week 12 lineup.

That's wise. Instead of resting him for a couple of weeks to see if his toes can heal up and having him be potentially effective the rest of the season, let's keep throwing him out there for a handful of ineffective plays every week the rest of the way.

They need to shut him down. Did you catch the tape job they were putting on him..? No wonder he looks slow. Morris looked waay faster, but I don't think that is saying that much about him and more about Best and how hampered he is.
