McGahee Misses Practice on Wed With Ankle Injury (1 Viewer)

Willis McGahee sat out practice Wednesday with an ankle injury.

He is listed as questionable for Week 14. McGahee wore an immobilizer on his left ankle, but says it's "only for precautionary reasons. That's all. It's nothing. No worries." It sounds like McGahee is planning to play against the Jets, but he is most definitely worth keeping an eye on.

Maybe this injury is nothing but I read this today in my Dallas Morning News in an article about TO's birthday party in LA on Monday night which Mcgahee attended:

Big-time athletes started showing up, including current Cardinal and former USC star Leinart, who turned into a bartender as he served some guests some of the Goose while sitting in the VIP section of the club. McGahee (who said he was bummed that he was out with an injury), Javon Walker and Edgerrin James were on the scene.

One thing I meant to add is I'm sure the Bills and us unfortunate Mcgahee owners are really glad he decided to take a cross country flight during a non bye week so he could party all night instead of getting rest and treatment for his injuries.

Well for those of us interested, here is some actual NEWS-Willis McGahee-RB- Bills Dec. 7 - 2:43 pm et

Willis McGahee (questionable, ankle) missed his second straight day of practice Thursday.

McGahee has taken off the boot that was on his ankle Thursday. It's believed McGahee is likely to play this week, but his owners should be concerned he's less than 100%. Watch practice reports Friday before starting him against an improving Jets defense.
