McNabb Owners: Week 15 Waiver Wire QB Matchups (1 Viewer)

I know some of these guys might not be available in your league, but they seem to be the average QB's on the waiver wire. Many McNabb owners are being forced to play the matchups every week for the rest of the season, what are you doing Week 15?

Cutler vs. Cardinals

Garcia vs. Giants

Leinart vs. Broncos

Pennington vs. Vikings

Young vs. Jaguars

Weinke vs. Steelers

Alex Smith vs. Seahawks

Gradkowski vs. Bears

Campbell vs. Saints

Brooks vs. Rams

To the lucky ones that made it, what do you think? Cutler and Leinart and Pennington have nice matchups but Garcia and Young have been hot as of late.

Garcia has been treating me well as QB2. The Eagles aren't going to pound the ball and the D isn't going to give them big leads. Plus it's the system; Reid likes to throw.

This is probably Cutler's week to shine. A few games under his belt against the woeful Cards D.

I have Cutler, but I picked up Garcia today. (he was dropped last week :lmao: )I think Cutler could be a stud this week, but he's a rookie and I think that Garcia is a safer play. I really need a win to get to the Bowl. So far so good without mcNabb. Garcia has played good errorrless football. Cutler will also have a lead IMO, and may not have to throw as much. Tatum Bell will be busy this week. Garcia will be in a high scoring game. I hope he and Westbrook carve up the Giants. :D

Although, I probably have out thunk myself to death and Cutler will out produce Garcia this week and I'll lose... :bs:

I'm going with Cutler over Garrard & Brooks.

But if I could pick-up Leinart or Young instead, I'd be all over them like a fly on poo.

I have Leinart and Cutler.......... this is a dilema.....

Leinart going against the #23 pass defense is a safe bet. Cutler going against the #31 pass defense, and looked pretty damn good against a very solid San Diego D is very sexy......

I am deciding between Young, Cutler, or Garcia. I have been starting Young every week but he has the Jags D and I am not happy about it. Of course this is the week where Cutler and Garcia have great matchups. I am surprised at how well Garcia is playing and I am wondering if/when it will end. Young's running stats can make up for a lot of bad passing game stats. Young also has the most experience this year out of those three. I am still not sure who I am starting. I have Young in there for now...

I have:

Garcia

Leinart

Kitna

Going with Garcia almost by default. Kitna is nearly unplayable (-2 pts for each turnover in my league). Leinart is a close call but I don't like the matchup, even if it is at home.

Ive got Young, Cutler, and Green. I think Green will be throwing alot but Cutler is intriguing. Young and his JAX matchup scares me. Dang if i could score in the 20s I would be satisfied. I think Young and Cutler have the best ability to do that. UGGGGGHHHHH

I have the Weinke/Delhomme mess, Cutler and Penny. (yeah, when McNabb went down I grabbed every QB I could - except Garcia :goodposting: )

I think Penny should throw the ball about 50 times if the Jets plan on beating the Vikes. So far, I'm going with him. But that Cutler matchup is tasty and he's been looking better and better - don't know if the light came on last week or if his WR/TE bailed him out of some bad passes...I'll change my opinion no less than 5 times between now and Sunday...

Deciding between Wienke, McNair, and Garrard. Currently have Wienke in the lineup, but McNair (CLE) and Garrard (TEN) have great matchups on paper. My concern is that Jacksonville and especially Baltimore will just run the ball. I see Carolina needing to pass quite a bit. Of course, if Delhomme plays, that whole plan is out the window.
