If a league has "Conditional" selected for blind bids an owner can put multiple bids for the same player $1 apart from each other. The end result is that the owner will only pay $1 more than the next highest bidder assuming that one of his bid requests is actual higher than everyone else's.
Example, if I want to bid up to $25 on a player I can list 25 requests for $1, $2, $3, $4, all the way up to $25.
If the next highest bid is $15 from another owner I will only pay $16 for the player that I wanted.
Is this by design or a bug in MFL waiver processing system?
