I think Moore wins it. He's a scrappy player. The problem with David Garrard is his slow release. That isn't going to change.

Hot off the press guys...Omar Kelly was on 560 WQAM down here today and was talking about all 3 Miami QBs...I'll go over his words. Mind you I am not the biggest Omar kelly fan but he is the beat writer for Miami that is there all the time so while I don't always agree with his perspective, the fact is he is there 24/7.
Ryan Tannehill-"Every time he throws down the middle it is intercepted." He went on to say that Tanny looked slow in the Spring practices, has not flashed anything that looks particularly special, he is well behind the other 2 and it will take a minor miracle for him to start any time soon unless Miami is trying to go 1-15.
Matt Moore-"Has about 5-7 passes every practice that make you say where the heck was he throwing the ball?" He believe Moore will start in the preseason but that he could be on a very short leash.
David Garrard-"Consistently just above average." He said Garrard looks good in practice and does not make mistakes, total professional, good command of the offense, fully expects him to take the starting spot at some point. Feels that Garrard could have the same impact Pennington did a few years back.

Doh, that just confuses things even more!! I own both Moore and Garrard (deep start 2 QB league) and would like to drop one of them. Any starting QB in our league is gold.
