He leads all the minor leagues with 13 home runs in 25 games. Could be called up soon.

Get him while you can.

Should he be rostered in a 12 team league? I dropped ####ty ### Franklin Morales today, but picked up Evan Meek. I thought about Young, but didnt pull the trigger.

23 man rosters which includes 5 bench spots.

I didnt pick him up because he might close. I like to have middle relievers who dominate. It may be overkill, for I have Clippard as well, but both those guys are striking people out and not giving up hits. Both have a good shot at getting 7 or 8 wins and maybe a few saves.

The kid's probably going to have a year like Jay Bruce last year. Not alot of contact, but when he does connect its gonna go a long way.

i actually looked up his #s and they are damn good. i was basing it off the one time i saw him pitch. the guy couldnt locate a breaking ball to save his life. he got bailed out by the crappy cub offense swinging at crappy pitches.

Close, not quite.
Stanton -- half-Irish, half-Puerto Rican -- was born Nov. 8, 1989, the day before the fall of the Berlin Wall. His full name is Giancarlo Cruz-Michael Stanton."No one could pronounce my real name," Stanton said. "I don't know, Mike's just easier. That's what I've been going by since fourth or fifth grade."Loria, though, calls him "Giancarlo."
