I am in a couple of leagues and depending on the scoring FBGs has them ranked 6 to 10. Currently they arent doing so well. Anyone care to chime in with thoughts as theyre on the waiver in a couple of leagues?

I don't know much about the personnel, so I'm the wrong guy to opine about the personnel potential of the defense.
I always look at sacks first as it's a bit more reliable than fumbles, etc. I don't pay too much attention to defensive scores, since those are really, really unreliable/luck based.
First 3 games Vikings got up big early. That probably inflated their sack totals a bit and it's just a bit troubling that they didn't get more picks when they were forcing the other team to go to the air.
But they are putting up enough points so the other teams can't just run on them, and that's good.
The run defense (statistically) looks great, but again that may largely reflect the early game scores (but I don't think entirely).
And you have to figure they should get a bit sharper the longer McNabb (not a huge fan of him due to the nasty habit of throwing at receivers' feet) plays in the system.
Also love a defense that plays in a dome.
I don't know who you have, but you could do a lot worse.

I'm curious about their D too. My biggest concern is that Ponder will take over at some point and I'm trying to figure out how tha will impact their D. My gut says it won't help, but I see teams like JAX and Cincy doing well, in NFL terms anyway, on the D side with rookie QBs at the helm.
