I tried Howard and Godwin, Howard and Davis, but Howard and Tate seems a little much.

I'd keep Howard, your Wr's are too thin to give up Tate. If you can drop Chubb for a Waiver Wire WR than maybe.

Depends who Jones is. If its Aaron, I'd stay put, if its Ronald I'd make the move.
