That might have been the worse use of blockers I've ever seen by Benson on that screen pass. He had 3 beefy linemen to block one little guy and he just ran right around them and into the arms of the guy they were about to p-cake.

Benson did not "look good" last week except for 1 or 2 plays. He sucked w/his YAC then too.So does Grossman/the rest of the O look as bad as it sounds?

Any game the Colts play is relevant, if only to figure out whether their D wil guarantee 200yds and 3 TDs for any joe RB off the street on the opposing team. RE: is Johnson a true replacement at DT or just a stopgap. RE: will Kieaho/Morris make tackles and plug running lanes as is required in the Tampa 2. RE: how will Marlin Jackson and Kelvin Hayden perform: good run support? burned easily so teams may go to the air more often? etc.

I thought it was a joke he was drafted at all...let alone the first day. That being said he looked as good as I've ever seen him last weekend...which isn't saying much.He'll never be a player in the NFL...write it down.

Don't want to make too much out of one play, but if he hasn't learned to follow his blocking by now, that is a cause for concern. That play had a chance to do some damage if Benson cuts back in behind his offensive lineman. Sad.

Something I don't think I've seen brought up anywhere, wasn't Dan Klecko a DT in New England? The Colts hardly use him at his listed position of FB (see that last goalline series). Why not give him a shot at earning the starting DT spot?

The Bears should just give Grossman 2 drives at the start of every game. If he leads a couple scoring drives leave him in because he's going to throw 5 TDs. If he fumbles and throws an INT just take him out right then because he's going to turn the ball over 6 times.
