MNF: What do you need tonight... (1 Viewer)

Freeman to have 3-4 turmovers and less than 150 yards passing and 0 TDs. In other words, I should have started Frank Gore this week...

 
I'll be rooting hard for the Buc's tonight. I need MWTB and Tampa DST to score at least 16 for the win in PPR. Should be easy, but no telling what MWTB shows up tonight.

 
WR Reggie Wayne to get either of the following:

2 yds 2 TDs

62 yds 1 TD

112 yds

However I get 12 points is how I win.

 
I know I don't have to open these threads and can just stay out but just wanted to say I never really understood the point of these "what do you need tonight" threads.... :bag:

Some of us get our jollies by quantifying our massive lead/deficit in terms of single-player performances.

I pretty much assume that there are millions of people needing (_____enter player name here) to do well tonight or for him not to do well tonight. Just not sure that anybody really cares what other people need.....I'm not going to turn off the TV before I go to sleep tonight and go "whew, sure am glad Wayne only scored 22 tonight in PPR leagues, cause I think that allowed habsfan to eek out a W".....sorry...I'll leave....not trying to sound like a d-bag, but these discussions seem more appropriate for your local league message board....not here
 
I picked up Tampa Bay's DST to face Painter but now those teams will lose regardless and I am playing one team that will beat me with more than 7 points so rooting against my pickup

On another team I need Collie to have 14+ PPR points while Addai has less than 8

Consider it the equivalent of the venting/bragging thread. Not needed but some people like putting in print what they are wishing for from the fantasy gods. Like writing to Santa...
 
Effin Beanie & my lack of trust in him/Whiz caused me to leave him on my bench.... Now I need my Addal/MWTB/Connor Barth to overcome opponent's 20.5 pt lead + Reggie Wayne. I honestly think this is gonna be something like a 13-6 kind of game, so my opponent probably doesn't even need Wayne to do anything.

 
Lets see - I need 33 + points from TB defense just to catch my opponent - then I need additional points to outscore his Blount. I am going to go out on a limb and say I am going to lose that one.

In the other league - I need to have Freeman score less than 29.5 points. In our scoring system that equates to 4 tds, no picks and 325 combined rush/pass yards. If he scores under that - I hang on for the win. Sadly I am the high score this week - but my opponent had Beanie Wells and some decent IDP to keep him in it.

 
I need Freeman to brake a leg on the first play. I was cruising last night until I met up against Raven's D or ###dart Jets (pick either one). I still have Vinitari going though.

 
I need Mike Williams to not scoreTD and get less than 100yrd. But i think that he will torch to colt secondary tonight so it's not good news for me...

In one I need 18 points out of Wayne in PPR, and another I need Freeman and Williams to outscore Clark by 24. Needless to say I want to see a lot of throwing to Wayne with no Clark and something of a mid to high scoring game.

 
Needing Williams and Ronde Barber to to not be outscored by Brian Price and Gerald McCoy by 10 points. Also need Legarrete Blount to get 6 points (non ppr) so that the bad team who I have their 2012 pick, looses.

 
Need about 20 yards from Reggie Wayne

Also need Tampa to win and the total point scored between 43 and 48

 
I need Joseph Addai to not get outscored by LeGarrette Blount and the Tampa Defense by 55.8 or more points in .5 PPR.
