Do you mean dynasty startup drafts, with rookies?Redraft with rookies?Either way, you won't find many. Do YOU want to hold your draft before you know what teams the players are on? I know some leagues do, but most don't.

not even for the draft, I just want to see where the rooks factor in with the vets. You make a good point that you need to know what team they are on.
