Took awhile, but sitting until Week 10 and playing the rest of the season looks seems to be the top choice.

I think he'll sign his tender right a week before the season starts.
Yes, I know these are "special" circumstances, but I'll believe an NFL players sits out ten games when I see it.
Like most NFL players, he probably has blown a good deal of his money.
So he'll cave in, talk to AJ, get the 3 M dollar tender and start his suspension.
