Established dynasty league looking for multiple owners. Distribution draft will be held (including rookie picks) for all new owners. We're looking (like everyone, I'm sure) for active owners who want to get in there and trade.
League:

Format:
32 teams, 2 copies of each player available (so it plays like a 16-team league)
Like the English Premier League, teams are promoted and relegated to and from the top division
Full IDP (3 DL, 4 LB, 4 DB)
50 man rosters (45 man in season, 5 person taxi squad for IR/Rookies)
$20/year, 100% payout (minus MFL fee)
PPR
We require all owners to pay a year in advance before they trade future picks - it ensures that a team can't sell out their picks and then somebody has to take over a team with no hope at all. So if you pick well in distribution draft, you can build a legitimate team very quickly.
Other information:
Blind Bidding Balances - you only bid on free agents using these in the offseason. They reset during the year, and there's a fee for trading within leagues. Sounds complicated, but it's simple - costs a big team to deal with a little team.
