My FBG Mock (1 Viewer)

I used the MyFBG Mock application for the first time to see what kind of results I would get. I plugged in my starting lineup requirements of 1RB, 3WR, and 1 flex position(RB/WR/TE) and the results were not even close to realistic. With the 3rd pick in a 10 team league I got LT in the first round(3rd pick), Steven Jackson with my second round pick(18th pick), and Joseph Addai in the 3rd round(23rd pick). If that's not crazy enough when my pick came up in the fourth round(38th pick) Ryan Grant and Maurice Jones-Drew were still on the board. When I started over and changed the lineup to 2RB and 3WR I got something more realistic but the 1/2 RB and 3/4 WR setting should not have been much different in my opinion. When I use the Draft Dominator these kind of results do not occur. I have always used the Draft Dominator but I wondered if anybody else has tried this mock application with lineups different than the standard and what kind of results you got. The reason I even tried it in the first place was a friend said he used it and got crazy results. I figured he must just have the settings wrong but that was not the case.

I can't replicate that craziness. I just ran 5 quickies and the lowest Steven Jackson went was #7. Joseph Addai never made it out of the first round. What scoring system were you using? TIA.

A ha! I can now replicate the error. It appears to have to do with the combining of two different kinds of flex options. I will take a look at that.

In the mean time, a workaround is to manually rig the WR/TE flex. Enter 2.5 for WR, 0.5 for TE, and 0 for flex WR/TE (or something along those lines) and you'll get results that look much more reasonable.

OK, I think this is fixed, bada bing.

You'll have to go into your profile and reset it. I.e. go to the edit screen, don't change anything, and then submit it. That will recalculate some of the flex calculations. Then it should give you some much better-looking mocks.

Thanks for the heads-up :moneybag:
