Nice. I really think there is money to be made the next two days in DXO and UCO until locking down and holding before the weekend.

My Zecco.com account opening was held up because they couldn't see the picture on the photocopy of my ID.
Now, mind you they didn't tell me this, instead I had to call and ask why I hadn't heard from them 2 days after I had faxed in the signed customer agreement. It took 3 different phone calls to sort it out, and now they tell me that I'll have to wait another 5 days to begin trading.
Not pleased thus far with Zecco.com.
Hoping to get into a buy and hold position on oil stocks and let them sit for a few weeks/months. Here's to hoping that these stocks stay in the basement until I can actually buy them.
BTW, nice job DD on making these moves. You seem to have a knack for this...

Suprisingly my 10,000 buy of DXO at 2.36 executed. Not sure how as I was watching this closely and did not see it dip there.

dumped all the FAZ at 60.40....timed this all horribly. Lost $1,380 in minutes

As Dodds mentioned earlier, you should be good to hold this for a while...just have to be able to deal with a dip or two back down.
I hear you there. I got in at $2.42 yesterday. I'm holding out for at least $3.00.

and no sooner do I dump out of this, it takes off. Still a bit too volatile for me. I can see losing a fortune (or making one) real fast with FAS/FAZ (at 3X leverage)

Great day, the scary thing is that your instincts were right on everything, just timed faz and could have held on to sco a little longer....I think you'll be happy with some more days like this though.Thanks for doing this, its fun to watch and jump in on when I can afford it.

Bought 1,000 EXM (Excel Maritime Carriers) at 7.12
This might be a stock I hold for a bit here. With all the Dryshipping indexes up, this stock lower today makes zero sense (pulled down by Dryships who posted bad earnings plus cancelled a slew of ships, has financial issues, etc). I am convinced in EXM being a force in this sector for many years.

Website says the price got to $2.34, but I never saw it that low. I was shocked getting 10,000 at 2.36. I am actually stunned this thing rallied back to 2.54 territory. It just shows you that there are a lot of people bettig on oil going higher. But the news does not support those prices in my opinion. I am going to look for a better entry point tomorrow (anything 2.40 and below should be great).Never filled...
