OCNF conference call tidbits:

Usual "forward thinking" preamble, reading of the script by the head honchos, blah,blah blah...wait, what this slide (page 6)? Commentary on China decreasing domestic iron ore production and the gap will have to be filled, that's a lot of ships delivering iron ore.

No more dilution....for now.

The money raised is for debt retirement and capital. No plan to buy ships, right now.

However, when asked about the condition of two ships in drydock this year, one is in the water and contract starting the end of May. The other ship won't hit the water until August...they are trying to find contracts for August, but might look to sell it as is or scrap. They would replace it with one or two boats 2000 or younger.

No plan for dividend.

Thanks for the update....anyone else holding shares of OCNF and if so, your plan? I have both PRGN and OCNF...Have no idea what I'm going to do. My gut says sell at least half of it today, but I think these things are so under valued it's difficult not to get too greedy.

Interupted by a contractor...missed the Q/A. Presentations between OCNF and PRGN was like night and day...much more attention to detail by PRGN.

FEED gapped up slightly this morning. Closed above the 200 Day MA yesterday and the 20 day MA is getting very close to the 200 day MA. This is known as a golden cross if it happens and is usually a very bullish sign.

I can't decide whether to sell or hold here as we near 6.05-6.10 again. Seems to me there's no reason to run for the hills, but some profit is nice.

Volume on PRGN =2.44 Million shares. Average volume = 1.03 Million. Market has been open 36 minutes.
