As a CMC owner I don't think this is terrible (assuming redraft). Also assuming you have WR depth to handle the loss.

I would say, if your other WRs are ok then you might not really have a choice in order to compete. You're pretty cooked otherwise. If I were a CMC manager, I would be doing whatever I could (in reason of course) to get Mason and then figure out the rest through waiver and/or other trades.

I say that as someone who has Mason on my roster in both of my leagues and I've not been offered a thing for him in either.

Counter with Waddle then let it sit a week. Mason value only goes down each week.

That's assuming CMC is back in a month. As long as Mason is playing like he has been and SF is winning more games than losing, I don't see them in a hurry to rush CMC back.

They'll want home field advantage. The hit the meat of their schedule in 4 weeks.
