Washington gets starting nod

Offensive coordinator Bruce Arians said Nate Washington will start at split end in place of the injured Santonio Holmes and not Cedrick Wilson, who has been Holmes' backup. It also was Washington who got the nod to start when Holmes missed the Oct. 7 game against Seattle with a hamstring injury.
