As said, 16 teams with 40 man rosters and 3 IR spots. We run a 13 week regular season culminating in a 3 week, 8-team playoff with an 8-team consolation bracket. Going into our 2nd year, and the league is very friendly and has good chemistry with each other. The league is run on FleaFlicker. Our weeks are action packed with a very high scoring system, weekly totals usually average right in between 180-190 points. I have received nothing but positive feedback from it however, and have found that most enjoy it. In the offseason we do run a draft lottery, similar to the NBA's, as an alternative to the tanking prone reverse order system. We also have a 5 round rookie draft which has already taken place this offseason.
