A friend needs to respond to a unlawful detainer / eviction notice. He has a couple questions. Anyone qualified to give a little advice? Can pay if needed. PM me.

Landlord-tenant law is going to be municipality specific. I don't think there's a FBG lawyer that practices in this area (not the most lucrative, did it for a summer).

If the person is indigent, look up the local legal aid clinic. They likely handle dozens a week.
